7vs7 in an open format. Or 5vs5 in a mixed format. Current WFDF rules apply.
- Games last 50 minutes. A tune will be played at the start and end of the game as well as 5 minutes before start and 5 minutes before end.
- Each team has 1 time-out.
- Half time at 8 or at the 25-minute mark, whichever comes first.
- Games are until 15 or hard cap when time is over.
- When score is 10-8 when time is over during the point, finish the point.
- When score is 10-9 when time is over during the point and the score ends in 10-10, play universe!
- The final will use cap + 1 format.
For Mixed games only: At the start of the game, after the first disc flip, an additional disc flip happens with the winner selecting the gender ratio for the first point. For the second and third points the ratio must be the reverse of the first point. For the fourth and fifth points the ratio must be the same as the first point.
Winning team reports the score to the info tent.

These cups seem like premium?
Correct! These are reusable cups! We urge you to not throw them away but return them after your drink is empty!
We didn't want to charge a deposit, so we're counting on you to treat them nice.
How long will breakfast be available?
Breakfast is available from 08:00 to 10:00
What about trash?
We have bins spread out over the site. Please use the blue bins only for plastic and metal. Alle the other trash goes into the black bins.
We don’t have enough players / substitutes! Now what?
Head on over to the info tent. The players of VOS Ultimate are available as pickup throughout the weekend!
Are toilets open during the night?
Yes. We'll leave the door at the backside of the main building open throughout the night.
What if we want to play a game of next day today?
If fields are free and you can agree with the other team to play the game already, feel free to do so. JUST MAKE SURE YOU LET US KNOW UPFRONT (at infotent).
If I have questions about the rules or the game schedule who do I talk to?
Lukas is our game master. All questions can be asked to him.
Ask somebody at the infotent to call him (if he's not already there)
Where do we enter our game score?
After the game ends, the winning team reports the score to the info tent.
Check the Live schedule to see if it was recorded correctly!

No worries, just come on over to the information tent and we'll sort things out for you!
At what time do the jacuzzi's close?
Jacuzzi's are available 24hrs a day!
But at your own responsibility! Don't drink and bathe!
They will only be briefly closed when we have to do a chlorine refill.
I have questions about the food regarding allergies/religious beliefs
We tried our best to accomodate for anyone's dieteray preferences as we received it from your team captains.

Can I charge my phone somewhere?
Yes! We have charging options available at the information tent. Just ask if you can plug into the juicebox 3000™
Some chargers are available but best to bring your own!
We try to keep it supervised as much as we can but know that we are not responsible for any damage or theft.
Depending on weather conditions or usage we may limit or deny charging of power banks.
Do you have WIFI?
No. But for emergencies (no 4/5G or heavy downloads) we have exceptions.

Am I insured?
Yes. Sport injuries are covered by your membership with your federation. For Belgian players, a Belgian Ultimate (via regional sportorganisation) membership also covered any injuries during tournaments.
Additionally we have an extra assurance for any other injuries. This only covers bodily injuries. For any other incidents you are responsible yourself. Most of these are covered by your family plan. If something happened though, drop by the info tent and ask for Alwyn. We’ll assess the situation and help where we can!
What about theft or material damages?
VOS Ultimate (and it's parent organisation VOS Reinaert) is not responsible for theft or damage to your personal belongings.
